We came to him with a big debt that we owed on a 2nd mortgage and after our first consultation, (which was free), we hired him to do a ch 7 bankruptcy. He explained everything in everyday language - not in lawyer speak like many attorneys like to do. We were able to make weekly payments to him that were automatically taken from our checking account. Not long after he was paid in full we received a letter from the debtor stating that they had decided not to pursue any action since the statute of limitations had expired.
