"Over the past 3 weeks, Mark and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Chicago the Friday before Christmas. The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released.
