"The store sent me here and it's not open at2:30 Wednesday 2/21/24 the store can't answer questions about insured packages"
"Package say delivered met customer however package was not delivered as I was home all day. Called customer support literally 2min after receiving email and could not get through wanted them to get in contact with driver as package is not here and was unsuccessful. Claim for loss package would not go through as well. Contacted my shipper to let them know and gave to wait 24hrs. This deliver suck they either delivering to wrong address or stealing packages"
"Came here to drop off a package I ordered off of Amazon (I’ve never done this , there was no one at the desk when I walked in ) I wasn’t greeted she was very rude and asked how can she help , I explained to her that I was dropping off a package ( a box spring , I had 2 of them only 1 with me at the time of our interaction ) I told her I had another one in the car , she then begins to tell me the label isn’t ups , they can’t take it . I’m just looking at her because I just drove here with the instructions of dropping it off at A UPS LOCATION and really didn’t know what to say. I don’t say anything to her I walk out and let her know that her customer service sucks . She then tried to recommend I call them and give advice after I tell her her customer service sucks and she should work on it.I then take the heavy box spring back to my car and pull up the instructions because I know I read to come to ups . I go over them again , and look at the label I put on the package , it clearly states ups ground . I then proceed to to take the heavy box spring out of my car again (I still have another to bring in ) and this time she doesn’t ask questions JUST TAKES AND SCANS THE BOXSPRING. I let her know I have another one and proceed to walk out . She takes that one , scans it gives me a receipt I assume ( as I said I’ve never done this and she was just so rude and didn’t say anything) and then says to me “let me tell you , you look like a nice girl but you act nasty”. I then proceed to ask her for her name or her manager and she tells me to leave and walks out on me . SHE was very rude and I will never be back to this location . Customer Service is very important and she should be taught that ! All I needed to do was drop off an already packaged and labeled heavy box. If I could leave zero stars I would !!"
"The work itself is easy. It's not very hard but the management team does overwork the people who are fast and capable. The management team itself is just toxic as well. If you like to work for people who put others down and talk about staffing and peers unprofessionally then you are in the right place. Would not recommend. Take your endeavors else where because favoritism is high here. Fish rots from the head down."
"I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY EASY THING BECOMES COMPLEX at UPS!! ALSO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS “Customer Service Center “ UESD FOR WHAT, BECAUSE HERE JUST LET U CALL 800 THEIR ROBOT CENTER! Don’t even want to complain your driver left a note “ later today “ then we were waiting whole afternoon , but your driver never show up again today !! Let’s talk experience at your customer center here: Around 4:30 I said I wanted pick up here, they said I must call 800, called 800 ,800 said can do today and said to me that will let driver call me, back to home just restroom time miss one call from UPS, tried call back but auto answer company phone, thought they handled already so I back to this place again; be told pack already for next business day delivery if you wanted to pick up must call 800 again! It is easy for live people here make a internal note at your system then let me just pick up but must call 800 talking to your machine phone call robot again and again! Bad system Bad service Bad experience Bad customer caring Bad Bad Bad By the way, I have no issues with FedEx , even USPS is better and much more care than Ups Finally, one more thing, the woman at your front talked with my son” you understand English right” , HER English is just better than me A LITTLE BIT!!!!!"
