"Lately when I stop in before work, the old lady behind the register has been nothing but rude. Usually I let things like this slide but I'm getting tired of the additude she gives people. This morning I guess they changed the location of the sip and save cups from where the customer can grab them for themselves. When going to ask the cashier she immediately cut me off and told me "pick up is at window." Once is one thing. But any question I've had before is met with being interruption and a "pick up is at window." Yesterday my mom came with to pick up bread and it had been 30 minutes since we preordered and it wasn't done. My mom went to ask where it was and again PICK UP IS AT WINDOW. But her order said it was done 15 minutes prior. And then Ms cranky cashier comes from the front complaining that she had to slice everything and it takes for ever. There was 30 minutes of time. We shouldn't have had to wait more once we got there. Atleast the food is good. I'd go to any other location but that's on my way to work. If you expect good service. Go litterally anywhere else."
"My favorite food is Frontega Chicken, Cheddar Broccoli soup, and potato chips. Another favorite thing to eat is grilled chicken Ceasar Salad. They are my favorite things to eat at Panera Bread, and it's a good customer service. Maybe I can get more Panera someday no matter what location"
"I placed an order in advance a few weeks ago and they forgot to make my order. I was contacted and the team tried to make it right. I pre-ordered again and unfortunately literally couldn't make it to pick it up so I called the store where I spoke to a manager asking if I could simply pick up my order first thing in the morning. She was said of course and would leave a note on my order, even though she said yeah we've been waiting for you to come get it. I didn't ask for a new one, just to have it held as I'd already paid. It took 30 minutes for the morning team to find my clearly labeled to go order!! Ridiculous! So disappointing they can't get it together. I used to love this place."
"Food always taste very fresh and homemade. When I drove through for a bagel in the morning I realized they had a special half sandwich and soup for only $6.99 which was amazing. I had the BBQ Smokehouse Chicken and Tomato Soup. I actually am not one to eat tomato soup but somehow my mind was telling me that I need to try this. It was very very good and taste like I made it myself. The whole meal was awesome and I was very pleased. I also was pleased to get a piece of French bread with my soup and croutons also. I hope they keep this selection for a while there were many combo choices of sandwiches to choose from. I surely will be back to try another and hope this is still available I feel the food is delicious but in the overall, I feel the service and atmosphere is average."
"Our “steak” panini sandwiches had the saddest amount of meat in them and everything else, it was basically just bread. My chicken noodle soup was basically just chicken broth, the photo below is after I mixed it after having thought that the contents sunk to the bottom…I was wrong. The line moved so slow, it took forever to get our food and by the time we did and got to eating our food, it was cold. The mac and cheese was really good, so I guess they got that right. My husband also enjoyed his cream of broccoli soup. Overall, its way too pricey for what you get."
