"I went in to drop off a package and forgot to tape up the top of the box, and when I asked the Hispanic associate (wears glasses) that was working, if I can use some tape, he told me no and that I could buy some. Never have I experienced such a rude employee from any UPS store like I did on this visit, and when I asked for the name of the manager, he refused to tell me. Very unprofessional, and one of the worst customer service examples I’ve ever encountered. Went down the street to the AutoZone where they have a UPS access point and they had no problem letting me use tape to tape up the box."
"The young man that worked on Sunday around 1 pm was an absolute pleasure. There was a customer in front of me that did not speak English. He took his time and helped translate with an app on his phone. He was very patient and professional. Words really can't say how much I was impressed."
