"I am a Facebook Marketplace seller and had two orders placed. The buyer purchased the shipping label based on the estimated weight. When I went to drop off the boxes for shipment, I was not greeted and the service was very unfriendly. I was told I would be paying over $90 in shipping even though my buyers had paid for shipping themselves. When I asked questions, the woman at the counter rudely walked away from me to “tell me my prices”, which I never asked for. A line was developing and the other customers witnessed the behavior and tone. I will not be back and will be canceling my orders with my customers (which in return loses me money). Will not be going through USPS any longer nor recommending their services."
