"First time trying CSC and didn't know anything about the menu, but the gentleman who helped me explained everything with perfect patience that I really appreciated. I had the Chicken Salad Melt with the zesty Susan I believe it was called and a cup of Tomato Bisque.. Both were spectacular. I will be going there again and have already recommended it to several people. It was the perfect 10 dollar meal IMO."

"If you like good chicken salad, especially different types of delicious chicken salad, this is the place to go. They also have soups and several other menu items and sides, but chicken salad is the main feature. Excellent, friendly service in a bright, clean happy setting. Next time I'll add pics, because the presentation is also done well."

"I've been to several locations of this place & the Paducah one does not disappoint. They are all more or less, a cookie cutter place, very clean & set up alike. The staff is great, friendly & attentive. The food, as always, is great. Since I love chicken salad, I can't complain. I always just grab a tub of my favorite version, Nancy's, a bunch of crackers & ice tea. Always so good. Always clean. Always friendly."

"Like no other around. It is very clean and nice looking inside. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have several chicken salad options to choose from. They will give you small samples to help you choose. Pretty good tasting items. The grape salad as side is really great tasting. They also have regular sandwiches if chicken salad isn't your thing. The cookie that comes with your combo meal is very good as well. A little pricey depending on what you order."
