"No wonder no one shops here anymore. I’d rather purchase my shoes online. LEGIT worse retail establishment. I went in and immediately knew what shoes I was going for, saw them ordered my size. Asked to use a restroom and was informed it was out of order but I can “cross the street” and use Pure greens restroom. NO WORRIES. I waited 10mins to receive the shoes to try them on and it took me about 2mins to try all 3. While I was waiting an employee there came up to me and said my shoes will be arriving shortly, as she also noticed how long it was taking. Went directly to register after trying out the shoes because I had to use the bathroom. EVERYONE (staff) saw me standing there waiting to check out And absolutely NO ONE went to ring me up. I was standing there for over 5mins, almost peeing on myself, waiting for someone to check me out. Finally the woman who told me about the delay of the shoes ended her conversation with another employee, blonde wearing a full red tracksuit, and finally checked me out. The fact that it took so long for me to purchase 2 pairs of shoes is absolutely outrageous. No one apologized either. Don’t waste your time here please order online."

"This is my favorite store to go when nostalgia hits. I don’t have a particular reason for nostalgia but it does hit once in a while. The brick is just unreal and the high ceiling makes me want to live here. Ok. I went to pick up my online order and the guy who was in was extremely kind and nice and all kind of sweet. Thanks for that young man. I will for sure be back."
