"Sadly, as I am sitting here in the store, I am writing this review, we Love your products, Unfortunately staff is not friendly at all, as I am sitting here by the main door. 6 employees have pass by nobody has said hi, is everything ok.phrases retailer store said when you walk in. I think staff needs to be polite. Regardless of your ethnicity. I spend $450.00 two guys walked in and a lady approached and said hi to them. I guess white people, African American. Asian, Hispanic all our money is the same.this store is consider the biggest one in the US.Racist staff period."

"I went to this Lululemon location to make a return, and it's certainly on par with other Lululemon locations in terms of staff friendliness and helpfulness. It’s an extra beautiful location, on incredibly busy North Ave & Sheffield in Lincoln Park. This location is extra interesting for many reasons: 1. In this congested area, Lulu found a small parking lot for their customers ONLY. If you are driving a Cadillac Escalade, do not enter this parking lot! It’s quite tight. But it’s nice that they have this space available. Parking is free for Lululemon customers with validation. I did not see free parking info. posted anywhere on the garage, and I thought for sure I was going to have to pay $15 to park for less than an hour, but it was free with validation! 2. This location has a Lululemon café. This is my first time seeing a Lululemon café, and it was so much fun! I was happy I had my 15% first responder discount because it’s a little on the pricey side but, really delicious. The cafe has the water dispensers that with freshwater and sparkling water, which I absolutely love! If you are a Lululemon fan, you should absolutely take the time to check out this location. Maybe even try to attend a meditation class or another event while you're there. Super fun experience! my photos are focused on the café only!"

"Nice sportswear store. We love shopping at lululemon. I know their price is a bit high, but it worths the purchase. This store is the largest building in the whole state. We enjoyed our coffee and pastry before shopping."

"Stopped in to checkout the new bar on the 2nd floor. Was warmly welcomed by the staff. Well lit space with sharp edges and pretty chill music played. They serve beer/wine and food. Shout-out to excellent bartender Kristina. 10/10 will be back"

"We were greeted by a very kind associate when we first walked in. She made small talk with us and we headed to the smoothie bar(!!!!). They had food, coffee, smoothies and alcohol located on the second level along with still and sparkling water. Very cute set up. Love the aesthetic. The bathroom was amazing as well. There was a shower and I was in awe. The first floor is all women’s and second is men’s along with studios. The store was really clean. It wasn’t very crowded and we got all the help we needed. I will be returning here. I love lulu."
