I called at 4:35 because I didn't receive the call and her secretary told me I was wrong my conference call was at 4:00. I asked her assistant why I was not called and she says because you are expected to call, now she is busy. I can really not believe how unprofessional this secretary is. I am sure the call was at 4:30. There wasn't an email/text of confirmation,. There is no clarity of how the call will be handled and not even a call to remind the customer. Clearly, it seems customers are not important. Terrible customers service that I received from the secretary."
