Our commitment to social justice and anti-racism drives our mission to provide accessible, culturally relevant, and stigma-free services to individuals, couples, and families. We celebrate and affirm all backgrounds and identities, creating a brave space where voices can be heard and liberated. Our therapists work with clients to achieve wellness by providing psychotherapy services and psychological testing for all phases of life.
At Urban Wellness, we are an LGBTQ affirming and anti-racist practice dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and others, navigate past experiences, and cultivate self-understanding and compassion. Our services extend to workplace wellness, offering custom levels of engagement to create a culture of connection and productivity. Additionally, our Urban Wellness Academy provides e-learning opportunities on mental health topics, led by our expert clinicians.
