"We have had our pool for 4 years (3 full seasons) and while we have had a minor issue here and there (pump went out, heat pump stop working twice) Eddie has always worked to ensure items under warranty were fixed. The pump was out of warranty and Eddie worked with his Pump Rep to get us a good deal on a repair. I have seen a few negative comments about Eddie but they haven't presented to me. He has been great. His kids that work there are exceptional people and the pool is beautiful. He also finished the pool on time which is a rare occurrence today. I have many friends who used other vendors with less success. I didn't know Eddie or his family and he didn't ask me to write this.
