"Is there a reason this pharmacy always takes 4 days to fill prescriptions? If my Dr calls in a script on a Friday morning, but I can't get it filled until Monday, I'm giving a big fat 1 Star."

"One star because I can't give 0 star. Went to pick up a script last evening...was told it would be ready in another 35 min. said I would come back next day. Went through the drive thru to be told they didn't have it. Not the first time either! Worst pharmacy!!!!!"

"I used to love this pharmacy, it has gone down hill so much. I’m a very patient person to say the least but I get medication every 30 days. It’s been 34 and they are refusing to give it to me. When I called the pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever talked too, she said I refilled it on a date I clearly did not, I took a screenshot of the last yr of refills and wouldn’t let me talk just kept saying “no you can get tomorrow goodbye”. Even totally ignoring the question about why they switched my insurance when I didn’t and why it says ready to be picked up but they won’t give it to me. Just absolute chaos there. Even my doctor doesn’t understand what’s going on. 100% leaving this pharmacy after this and recommend not coming here. Not sure what happened but they are terrible and rude. Update: my husband called, my doctor sent in a different script and they said they still couldn’t do anything. She said she changed the insurance to e script which she did not have any permission to do. And she also told him she NEVER talked to me. I don’t know what this pharmacist is doing but it’s not her job and she shouldn’t have it. Im actually worried someone like this is in control of some people’s livelihood. Unbelievable. Please save your sanity and do not go here."

"NOTHING but issues with the pharmacy. i think i’ve had an issue every single time i’ve gone there, and unfortunately had to switch to there because my insurance stopped covering Kroger’s Pharmacy a year ago. they told me my two completely separate dr’s sent my completely separate scripts to Walgreens in New Jersey, that was the last straw. needless to say, i’ve switched to Mercy Pharmacy!"
