I don't know if there was a reason the cashier asked if I was assisted. Maybe a store policy? Anyway. The shoe polish works great and is easy to apply, almost no pressure (sharing a few pictures) these are Not the shoes I bought here, I've had these for about 5 years, first time polishing them."
