"Exceptional service. Really appreciate all the bankers at CPDFCU for making time to answer my questions and help me every single time."
"Impossible to get info on the phone A member for 28 years and treated like I’m bothering them"
"Kudos to Marissa at the Harlem avenue branch. Great lady, great service. Helped resolve an issue over a discrepancy."
"I went to the bank today. We had an issue at another bank and Caroline was so helpful. Not only was she very professional, positive but she was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. There are not many people today that want to go above and beyond, but she definitely did. Not only did she help us but she also followed up with us to make sure everything went smooth. She was very respectful. I greatly appreciate everything she did."
"Lazy workers! We went there and they were talking to each other looking very happy. As soon as we walked in, they stopped smiling. Gave us an attitude especially the lady on the right. She didn’t help us with our issue. My husband tried asking her questions regarding his dad’s account and she kept saying she couldn’t give my husband any information with the smirk on her face. We were so frustrated. She turned her face to talk to her coworker as soon as we were on the way out. The place was pretty dead when we got there. There was no other customers except us. I guess no one wants to go there with the bad attitude workers like that."
