"I have had a loans with Sir Finance for years and have always had great customer service until today when I called the Lincoln location to request a loan refinance. I spoke with a Very Rude lady who Identified herself as Miss Wise this rep definitely needs to be coached on how to talk to customers and if she represented my company I would probably TERMINATE HER! I never write reviews but this rudeness was exceptional I truly hope the upper management reads this review and takes action with this employee who clearly doesn't like want or value her employment."
