"These are some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been a customer at this bank for a few years and have literally NEVER had a positive experience. I only used this account as a savings that I never tough as it’s far from my home and inconvenient to get to unless I’m visiting my family that lives in the area. The straw however just broke the camels back when I called for help to access my online account and I spoke to the rudest and most unprofessional woman that didn’t help me at all. I’m done and will be closing my account this week. I’d highly recommend to stay away and take your money elsewhere because this place is terrible!"
