"I don't know how Steven is with insurance products but his help with investments is awful! We had an investment which once someone else really explained to me, we should have never had. When something came up that we had to cash it in, it took almost 4 months to get our money and he told me after about the 5th or 6th phone call to him and the 4th to the company (where their call logs show no calls from Steven trying to resolve this) he told me he was tired of sparing with me! Really? He should have been calling updating me, I should have NEVER had to call the company. Absolute HORRIBLE customer service!"
