"My husband received a call from Jessica from the Kenosha WI TruStone branch. Jessica asked my husband to confirm his account number. My husband thought it was a scammer. When he questioned Jessica, she hung up on him. I then called the number back and Jessica picked up the phone. When I asked her what account she was talking about, she said she wouldn’t talk to me because I also thought she was a scammer. She hung up on me. I then called another TruStone branch and found out that Angie Perez was Jessica’s manager. I left a voicemail for Ms. Perez to express my concern about her employee, Jessica, and left my telephone number for her to call me back. I never received a call back. It seems that TruStone condones employees hanging up on Account holders. My husband and I are changing banks. Unprofessional employees and unresponsive managers!!!"

"The ATM is always out of service or keeps throwing my deposit cash out and this is numerous times. It can be in the morning, day or evening something is always wrong with it. We need one like the Northside ATM, it's great and never am issue. I live on the Southside which is not great for me."

Been leaving messages with only one call back from them that I missed because I was in the bathroom. Left 2 messages with one just 10 minutes after their call. No response."

"I've been going there for some 10 years. They gave me a credit line on my rental properties. The other bank,, won't say their name (close by ) , would only give credit line on your home only.
