"This place is a joke they charge you for PAPER! statements open an account barely used it have a negative $75 charge for paper! how much does paper cost?!? definitely not $75!!! Joey Hernandez "helped" me and still changed me for PAPER STATEMENTS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!! STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!"
"I would highly recommend this BMO branch. Joey Hernandez and all the staff are so helpful. It's nice to go into a bank and deal with the same people every time and to be greeted by name. Before my daughter went to college, they set her up with an account to pay for her college expenses and clearly answered all her questions. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this bank."
"Horrible. Shorted me $100 on a deposit.....and kid you not, two other people were complaining about the same thing when I went in and brought this up. Way too much of a coincidence there. Branch manager, Diana Hall, is inept, as well. Did not return any of my calls. Then again, her ineptitude probably explains why this branch is the worst in the city. BMO in general has gone way down hill since they bought out M&I. Avoid at all costs."
"Joey Hernandez was very rude to me when I asked where the restroom was. He also ending up making the mistake of putting my money in the wrong account. The staff there is always so rude that it honestly stops me from even entering the building. Worse bank I've ever had in my life."
