"Do not go here. Other places in the QC are going to take you more seriously. The free water testing is a lure, they just want you to spend money on their OVERPRICED liquid chlorine (you can find the same chlorine at farm and fleet or Menards for HALF of what they charge). And their employees are extremely unprofessional and don’t seem very knowledgeable. You will waste your money going to them!!"

"Very unprofessional, as I did a lot of pool heater’s, filters, pumps, liners ext. Installed Dock Plate on Dock as well…. Didn’t have a credit card swipe at the time & I had run on store’s credit card machine & was told only can get in store credit!! Then kicks me out of his store owing me Thousands of dollars…, Sentry pool don’t treat you that way!!!"

"I’ve been here several times and the service hasn’t been the best. It’s been a difficult time for sure, an certain supplies as we know can be hard to find, so we have to stop at multiple locations to get stuff. I’ve had terrible customer service here before; like they should go find another job. This was turning into my last stop, I’ll back track store. I did stop the other day and guy actually was polite and got my filter I was looking for. If i can get stops like this, I’ll be stopping more often."
