"I went to return a evening gown to Von Maur, South Park. I purchased the dress with my debit card. Since that time, my debit card had been compromised, and IHMVCU issue me a new card, but it’s the same account. I had my receipt. Von Maur refuses to put the $303 back on my debit card, since the numbers were different. I even provided them with card that was compromised, with the correct account number. I had all documents to show it was my account. I was given store credit. I don’t have $300 just lying around to give away. I feel like Von Maur robbed me. That wasn’t their money to keep I don’t even want to spend the store credit. I’ve always loved Von Maur, but I don’t think I’ll be shopping there anymore. Susan Cruz"
