"If I could zero stars I would. This place is the most uncaring unprofessional and worthless distribution company I've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of working with. I had a delivery that I had to work around a move I was making and they (Dana specifically) had absolutely NO empathy for my situation, wasn't listening to questions, and was very rude during our call. If you have a choice these people are NOT worth dealing with and Dana should be fired from customer service immediately."

"Unethical, unprofessional group of people. HORRIBLE COMPANY. “White glove service, two man truck” did not happen. Only one person who expected me (age 71) to help haul queen sized mattress and box spring up to second floor and help remove existing bedding. “Jacob” in “customer service” refused to answer or respond to my calls. Damaged product. Company does not even rate one star."

"I was given a timeframe delivery of 1:30pm to 4:30pm. It's 4:20pm and no delivery and no communication. I Called various times to ext 112 for jacob and then ext 166 for ashley. No answer from either one. Me and my bf had to leave work early to be home for the delivery. Update: It's 4:30pm and I get a call informing that my delivery can't be done because their truck broke down. After 3 hours of waiting. This is ridiculous! Terrible communication and very unprofessional!!!"

"Revised: M L Matthews fixed the problem and brought our cabinet upstairs a few days after delivery. We had a custom linen cabinet delivered today by this company. They did not contact us when they arrived and left the cabinet in our garage without telling anyone. We did not get to inspect the cabinet before they left and it was not brought into our second floor bathroom where it was supposed to be delivered. It is 84 inches tall, so it is going to be difficult to get it upstairs. When I reached out to the company who I purchased the cabinet from, ML Matthews told them that my husband signed for the cabinet. This is not true and we are frustrated with the overall experience."

"I went to pick up a replacement base cabinet for my customer on Wednesday afternoon just shortly before M L Mathews was getting ready to close. I asked if I could open the box and check the cabinet before loading it. Upon inspection of the replacement cabinet we discovered that the new cabinet was defective in exactly the same way that the first one was. The crew at M L Mathews graciously helped me to remove the cabinet from the box and 4 of the employees, including the boss, and I took the cabinet apart and found what what was causing the problem and they took the time and effort to help me repair the cabinet before re-boxing it and loading it into my truck. They actually unscrewed brackets from the back of the drawers and reversed them, as they were installed incorrectly by the factory. Wow, What service!! Above and beyond what they needed to do for me. I am very grateful for their time and attention right at closing time to help me to make my customer satisfied. Thank you so much!!"
