"We had been waiting 7 months for this shipment. It was previously sent via another shipping company that ended up damaging it in transit. Chuck came during the scheduled time and was super professional and friendly! We had several large boxes and after hearing about our previous experience, he took the time to help me open each one to check for damage. There was none. My items shipped out on a Tuesday and got to the facility on a Thursday. After not hearing from TForce I did call after a few days and they scheduled my delivery appointment for the following day. Not sure how long I would've had to wait if I didn't call, but five stars for Chuck!"

"This location has scheduled delivery dates/times with me three times. On the first delivery date, they just never showed up, and notified me the next day the package was lost. On the second delivery date, after they confirmed they found the lost freight, they called a half hour prior to the delivery window and told me they lost it again. On the third delivery attempt, they showed up 2 hours and 10 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery window."
