ABF Freight

"This company doesn't keep appointments to have a trailer ready, so I had to pay movers to sit around for 45 minutes (~$100) while they tried to figure out literally just pulling up a trailer that they were supposed to have ready. Then customer service never called back. Would not recommend."

"ABF recently rose to the occasion when so badly needed. We were expecting our delevery from Amazon of a couch and a love seat. When the delevery arrived with only one person to bring up the second floor. This is when I learned that we had miscommunications on the delevery instructions was to deliver to the main threshold of the Apts building. ABF had not been contracted for a second floor delivery. Thru several people and phone calls I was finally relieved to find out that ABF would send the delevery back out to me that evening with a two man truck. Delivery men Carl and Larry were the best thanks guys again. Big thank you to the first contact person at ABF so helpful and finally huge thank you to Joe for making this delivery happen.
