When Covid19 went into effect and I wasn't able to do my face to face banking, I was reassured by all of them that all of my banking needs would be met and they exceeded my expectations!! "I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Fox River Grove location! They are the friendliest and most professional people I've run across in my personal banking experience. I have several accounts there and when I needed a few immediate and pricey repairs done at my home, they re-financed my then existing 30 year mortgage (at Chase) to a 15 year, at a lower rate, so I could pull some equity out and pay for the necessary repairs. I just had them put a savings account that I keep for my Godson, into an 18 month CD at a great rate and am planning to transfer some of my savings to do the same for myself. I have seen some reviews from folks that blame the bank for lending them "too much money" or not re-financing a bad loan. People should know their own financial limitations. I hope personal responsibility is not just a thing of the past and that most folks will make judgements based on a fair and reasonable scale. Love this bank!"
