"I had a table and 4 chairs to be delivered from MO to NC. Originally we were told he shipment would go out in days. It is now a month later and the shipment just went out. No one contacted me about my items. I had to repeatedly call the UPS about where my shipment was. It was then delivered to our home 2 days ago by freight but the USPS didn't think to put a lift was needed. Because they didn't note this it was expected I lift this heavy table and chairs off the back of a freight truck and carry it to our garage. I then was told by the UPS owner Brandon that the shipment had to go back to the hub and redelivered in 2 days on a fright truck with a lift. There's been no response for Brandon 24 hours later. I am strongly considering reporting this business to BBB. I am so frustrated by the poor customer service. I would not do business with this company."
