"Car randomly stopped turning on etc Was perfectly fine and have no indications of a dead battery or other problems. Could not get my car to turn on all of a sudden and gave no key fob detected and would only click once and not turn on engine. I had no clue if it’s battery or something else died or wiring etc. Called insurance and they dispatched Sperling’s Garage and Wrecker Service. Gave an estimation of 30-60mins but showed up in like 20mins. They helped me trouble shoot what could be cause, took a little tinkering but turned out something with the battery the connections on top weren’t tight enough and causing the issue out of nowhere to the fuse box (I don’t know much about cars lol). He got some tools and made sure all the connections were super tight and sure enough the car seemed back to normal. No error messages and turned on and off without a hitch. The man’s name was Travis I believe who came out (Friday evening on 5/26). He was extremely punctual and seemed really knowledgeable and figured out what the possible problem was really quick about the loose connections. He gave me a small rundown of how it could have happened and if I for some reason have any other problems besides that then probably needs to go to dealer but after he tightened everything and we checked and tested it several times it gave no errors on my dash and started perfectly fine. I gave it a few laps around the block and turning it off and on after he left and so far so good and just told me to watch it for a few days if it happens again. Again, thank you Travis for the help on a Friday night going into Memorial Day weekend being super fast and know y’all were probably busy with holiday weekend starting. 5/5 would recommend and if I have any problems would absolutely give them a call!
