"Driver 50 .... was awesome! ... as stated above dispatch is the weak point ... I had to spell the address 3 times ... gave July phone number 4 times... Still got the number wrong... sheesh ... Called back to check on eta ... got a very nice lady on the phone ... said the driver amhad been dispatched and should arrive soon ... I checked the phone number and had her correct it.... 5 minutes later driver 50 arrived and took me on a 30 mile trip to thr Airport.. I'll use them again ... but they need to find a replacement for the guy who first answered the phone."

"There is a dispatcher that has the warmth of an ice cube. He is constantly rude and yells a lot, he even hung up on me and told me I wasn’t getting a cab because I wouldn’t say “I’m a blessed senior citizen and am grateful to ride for free!” He waits as long as he can to dispatch cabs even if it’s for a ride to the doctor and you let them know ahead of time. I have no clue how this dispatcher still has his job, as I’ve been told me several other cab drivers that he is very rude and seems miserable with his life and wants to take it out on anyone he can."

"Dispatcher I spoke to on the phone was friendly and gave accurate information as to how soon our taxi would be there to pick us up. The taxi driver could've been a bit friendlier. Main reason for 3 stars is bc the driver went 30 plus mph over the posted speed limits! Freaked me out how fast we were going right through the middle of town."

"Waited 45 minutes when they said 15 minutes out in the cold and the still did not show. Their driver went to pick someone else up and they would send someone else 45 minutes later and still no one showed up. If I could give them a half a a star I would."

"Driver Number 50 Name Terry. Was my driver amazing customer service as well as the dispatcher. I reached my destination in a very timely manner. Couldn’t ask for better service."
