"Horrible customer service and experience. I sent a package with a return label. When the sender returned the package a representative clicked the wrong button and signed the package as if I picked it up. When I went online to investigate, I got the run around. Called the store and the owner was rude and careless. She informed me that they sent the package to the sender 2 days prior. I asked, why didn't you sent an email or give a courtesy call considering that a mistake was made on behalf if your staff...she rudely replied...that's not a process we do but they ask for a phone number. The. She asked why didn't I call them. I was busy getting the run around online. Will never use this store again. Customer service is not what it used to be. People are I. Business to make money and don't care about customer courtesy."

"Im the type of person who doesnt wright a review unless I have seen the same things multiple times. The lady who apparently is the manager is about the rudest person I've ever seen still be able to hold a job. People with basic questions minding there own business get treated like an inconvenience to her day. It's not worth it to even walk through the door. I'd rather pay more to ship and not be treated like a pariah then go there again."

I wasn't expecting much, but the owner, Adele, went above and beyond to help me figure out what had happened and how to fix it. She was patient and friendly and emailed me detailed instructions to follow. Excellent customer service!"
