Sauce on the Side

"Not much on a Calzone person, but they serve one of the best salads I've ever eaten. I went to Sauce On The Side on a whim and ordered the Smoke House salad with BBQ Chicken and it was Great. Bravo!"

"One of my fav spots, and excited one is opening closer to my house. Portions are kind of large, intended to be taken home for leftovers. Even the small salad is big so be careful and not let your eyes get too big. Calzones are delish, even with a thinner crust (I generally prefer a more fluffy kind of crust). If you are food sensitive it might be a good idea to ask what oils are used to make these calzones. My fav is the beet salad. They are made with orange/yellow beets, which taste more like carrots than beets (in my opinion they taste better than carrots). It comes with salad dressing already on it so if you prefer it on the side, be sure to tell them. Enjoy."

"We had a party of 10. The salad was really good. We got the beet salad. They're not pickled beets, btw raw beets. And the calzone was really good. And the staff were all really nice & super avail & helpful."

"Always a great place to eat. I had the Bulls Eye and it is now my favorite. My daughter and husband had their normal Meet Me in St. Louie. We always get a dessert one for home.. My favorite is seasonal and its the Lemon Blueberry one.. We go atleast once a month.."
