"This store is nothing like my normal location. Not the best customer service skills. They made me put an item completely in the original packaging which I never have to do at my normal location. I had a really hard time and due to a medical condition I was unable to stuff this box.... they wanted to charge me outrageous prices to ship in one of their boxes. Not happening. So, I had to leave, have my neighbor help me, and then come back. Waste of time and gas. Definitely wouldn't recommend. All I hear is we think we are better than other locations based on where we are located. No excuse for this inconvenience. Sad when a store in an area that would be considered "bad" out shines you."

"Consistently polite, professional, and efficient. Employees seem to enjoy their job and also working with the public! A vastly different experience than when going to most local post offices."

"I have been into this store multiple times through out the year as it's on my way home from work and EVERY time I enter the employees have a smile, are quick and efficient, and I'm left feeling like my items are safe. Thank you!"

"I'm honestly not sure what the negative reviews are about, and admittedly didn't check the dates of them, but my experience was a pleasant one. Both members of staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was exceptionally quick and easy. In and out in a matter of a couple minutes and I didn't feel unwelcome or rushed at all. Certainly plan to return here if I ever need to use a UPS store again!"

"I arrived 3 minutes after close and acknowledged this as I began walking to the store and saw they were breaking things down. As I was walking back to my car, another customer arrived. There was an older, larger brown haired male associate pushing a cart of packages. He informed the other patron that they were closed. The patron began walking back to his car then turned around and attempted to go in anyways. After a small conversation, the associate let him in. Excitedly, I hurried to drop off an Amazon package. I was informed by the patron that they were only allowing him in since ‘he held the door for the UPS associate’. I was then instructed to come back tomorrow by the associate (this was about 5 minutes after close at this point. There was also another guest in there at the time and multiple employees at the front). It was an embarrassing situation and I didn’t feel valued. Terrible gesture and customer service by this store. You shouldn’t make special circumstances for one customer that you aren’t willing to uphold for another. The lack of customer service must be part of the reason why this store has so many 1 star reviews on Google."
