"Well, we ordered multiple pizzas. Carryout. They forgot one of our pizzas when I got home. So I called manager. and they told me it would he ready in 5 to 10 mins. Got their in 15, wasn't made and nobody knew about it. Had to wait another 10 mins for it to be made. Now my other food cold. Now I know why we quit going here"
"Good quality as far as Papa John's goes. But for the love of God please cut my pizza properly. The last two times I've ordered the pizza might as well or not been cut at all. I'll update my review once I get a properly cut pizza."
"Chrissy was amazing, he was able to Cancle my order immediately and direct me to the correct location because I sent my pizza to the wrong address(I’m an idiot) but he gave me the number to call and the extension. So sweet and helpful and wasn’t the slightest bit annoyed with me. I’ve never had a bad experience with papa John’s and i order from here at least 2x a week. Both the Arnold and Fenton locations are incredibly professional and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!"
"I went in just for a 2 liter of soda but was impressed by the cleanliness and staff was extremely nice and even gave me a few cups. If I'm in the area again and having a craving for a good old slice of papa John's pizza I know where to go. The district manager was also at the location and I could tell she is working with her stores to make sure they are being ran properly. Keep up the great work."
"If I could give this place a negative I would night manager is so disrespectful got home with our pizza and all the cheese was completely off of it called her she continue to argue with me telling me she seen the pizza and it was my fault then told me not to talk to her until I had some sense called another Papa John’s, and they were willing to remake me. My pizza got home started eating and realized there is a long-haired baked in our other pizza. Just flushed $50 down the drain not worth your time or your money here."
