"Firstly, my partner and I came here and my partner, who is a former food service manager, took one look at the food in the serving line and they could tell immediately that they had gone past hot hold temp times and needed to be re-fired. The food looked old and like it had sitting there for over an hour. Furthermore, both men's and women's bathrooms were "out of order," but a staff member walked out of them like he was using the restroom. Are they actually BOTH out of order in an almost brand new building, or did they just not want to clean it?"

"Havent tried t his place since shortly after they opened. Figured i'd give them a 2nd chance. -Their portions for entres and sides are fine, so i'll give them that. -Their fried rice is incredibly bland, seemingly no seasoning aside from the veggies they put in. -their orange chicken is just sweet, virtually no orange tang or spice -the firecracker shrimp had good flavor and spice, but the veggies included clashed flavor wise. -the crab rangoon are pathetically tiny and taste pretty much only like onion -the egg roll i had to spit out because of how gross it was. I like me a good eggroll, but i've had better eggrolls from a gas station roller. Just sad. Dont waste your money here, there are a handful of good chinese places within a few miles such as Ho Wun across 141 and Panda over in brookwood plaza off of bowles."

"Not only was my food good but my car stop in the drive through as soon as I got my food . The entire staff came out helped us push the car out the drive way and into a parking spot . The manager Misty came out got her jumper cables out her trunk and began to give us a jump . That didn’t work so she tallied up other co workers to borrow there car that didn’t work she stopped at nothing she even borrowed a customers car . Nothing worked . She invited myself and 12 year old son inside to stay warm and offered us a hot meal . Thanks so much Misty and her crew for helping a 6 month pregnant lady out and her 12 year old , I appreciate you guys so much . Kudos job well done beyond excellent customer service"

"If I could give this review 0 stars I would. The staff are always extremely unprofessional and rude to the customers. You’ll pay an up charge for the angus beef steak and they try and hide the fact they didn’t give you a full scoop of it, by putting it underneath the other protein you order. Then SURPRISE no steak at all. Literally 6 mushrooms, tons of sauce and a few other veggies. Then they try to force you to overpay because they don’t have change. But when you refuse to just give away money to them that is not owed, the lady at the register will try and convince you it’s your fault that they can’t break a 20. Not only should she be fired for how she speaks to and treats customers, but this establishment needs an entire overhaul. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this piss poor behavior go unnoticed, forcing their customers to donate money to them because they don’t have their registers properly stocked with change that will be needed before the beginning of every shift, and for charging their customers extra for food they didn’t give them Do better"

"The food had always been good, but I have not once been there and have walked away with a correct order. The service is close to none. It’s like they’re in a competition among shifts to see who can do the worst job. Doors are always locked before closing time, and one time they were locked, they opened them for us to order but told us we couldn’t sit in the restaurant because they already cleaned and did not want to again. The atmosphere inside and through the drive through is ALWAYS terrible. Seems like not a single worker there cares about any aspect of their life and it reflects in their overall service."
