"Posting from a burner account...but this made absolutely zero difference in my credit score and I spent hundreds. Tried to follow up with John for months by text but was constantly left on read. All he really did provide me was some advice on some credit builder accounts to open - but I already had them. So I did not gain any value from this service, none of the items they promised to remove from my credit reports came off, and there was zero follow up. Hate to leave this honest negative review because he is not rude or anything, but just unresponsive and unhelpful... it's just not what you expect when you are signing up, that you're going to get promised a certain result and level of support, follow up and care, and then you get none of the above, essentially your membership fee is just paying for a consult/self help information & a cheerleader if you will. You'll be doing the work yourself and have no one to assist you but certainly someone to debit you."
