"Was a customer for several years with a policy on my RV. Got a quote to move my car with them. On the phone with Bonnie on Aug 10 and she told me to "SHUT UP". I even let that go and when my home renewal came in I took it to her on Aug 26 with the policy expiring 9-1. On Aug 31 owner Rick Nedringhaus informed me via email attached below, that I was lying about Bonnie and that 4 working days is WAY too soon to expect HIS office to provide an insurance quote. Avoid these people at ALL COST. R G Niedringhaus Insurance 11:16 AM (5 hours ago) to me Tom, Sorry to see you go to State Farm. However, to be fair we only had a short time to work on this again before the 9-1-21 renewal. We provided quotes back at the beginning of August. Also, Bonnie said you dropped the Pekin policy off in the office and a phone call or phone conversation never occurred recently. I know she would NEVER speak to any of my clients that way, even if they were being rude to her. She has been with the agency for over 20 years and I have full faith in the manner in which she addresses people."
