"I have never been treated so strangely at a bank. I was just recently added on an established Girl Scout troop account and was making a deposit for the first time. I walked in not sure what the process was as far as needing to fill out a deposit slip or share my ID. Derek 'helped' me. When I asked what he needed, he said 'well the deposit' in a very condescending tone. I don't know if he thought he was making a joke or what the problem was. I gave him the account number and he sat for a long time looking at his computer. Didn't tell me if he was just waiting for information to come up or if something else was needed. By the way, he never did ask for my ID which is standard at the bank I go to personally."
