"This is not my bank, but my elderly mother's. My father recently died and my mom is overwhelmed with everything, but especially finances. Cathy and Chris were so helpful in walking her through things. If it wasn't for my Merrill Lynch account being at Bank of America, I would probably move my accounts here! Update: I also wanted to give a shout-out to Michael. He was fantastic! Patient, courteous and efficient on an especially busy day! I did move my accounts over to Commerce, and I'm very happy I did!"

"I've been with commerce for about 9 years now and I've done transactions with 3 main branches. This branch is my favorite! The staff is always friendly and are helpful with any questions I may have. The current manager there seems very engaged with his customers. Recently, I went to the drive thru and while another teller was working my transaction he went out of his way to say Hi and ensure that I was having a good experience."
"Will not be going to this branch to deposit cash again. The teller asked me how much, I told her 1130, which I triple counted, and she took my money, sent me my bank receipt and told me to have a good day. When I looked at the receipt it said 1030 deposited, and when I asked about it she said that's all she had. So why didn't she say that before bidding me a good day?"
