"Had a heavy item shipped with lift gate service. They informed me when it was due to arrive it would be on a semi trailer. It was clear from point of purchase it was a residential delivery. So only option was for me to go to their terminal. I went there, about 15 miles at the appointed time. They then informed me the load was actually in an empty lot in my town. I met the driver and loaded it from his semi to my rented truck. Still not on the ground at my house. Driver was great, load was not damaged. Dispatch was ridiculous, and I had to offload 200 # pallet myself."

"Very friendly and accommodating. We needed to reschedule delivery and they did so without hesitation. The guy who delivered was courteous and very pleasant to deal with. These days it can be hard to find great customer service, especially when it comes to deliveries!"

"This people picked up an item (mattrres) that we returned to Walmart, 2 guys very unprofessional and weird looking, and after almost 3 months, l haven’t received my refund of $270.17 from Walmart. Who knows what happened to the item they picked up from my house ."

"Waited all day for our delivery which was set up over a week ago, finally called to check on the status after waiting home all day, spoke to Katie. She explained that our item was not on the truck according to the driver this morning however no one ever notified us of this. Even received confirmation via text of our confirmed delivery date. She is supposed to call us tomorrow with an update, Couldn’t be more dissatisfied with their service and will never use them again."

"They delivered my furniture to our home ...it was nicely packaged..there was no damages and the delivery driver was nice and helpful. My only complaint would be I wish they would have contacted me right away to let me know approximately a day and time my furniture would be arriving."
