"Placed an order for scrubs, supposed to be here within so many business days. Departed California took multiple days to “arrive” to Illinois, took multiple more days to “depart” the shipping facility in Illinois. Have not had any updates as to where my package is since. Called customer service and was told my package would be here today. During the duration of the phone call my package was set to be here either today, tomorrow, Wednesday, maybe even Thursday or Friday. While expressing my concerns about my package, the customer service agent kept talking over me. More likely will never be ordering online from this company again."
