"DO NOT HAUL A LOAD FOR THIS COMPANY. Delivered a load on 3/2. It is now 3/16 and attempts by my factoring company to get confirmation from this broker on rate con/BOL so they can factor the load have gone unanswered. Attempts by myself to use quick pay since they are unresponsive to my factoring company have gotten nowhere. Edit - 7/7 and I still have not gotten paid for load."
"Horrific company to work with. Our machine arrived damaged and I'm on month 5 of trying to get my claim processed; the claim has been sitting in pending for the past 2. I rather exfoliate with a cheese grater than ever have to file another claim with this company!!!!"
"This companies claim resolution process is horrific. It takes over 100 days at minimum to process paperwork and there is no recourse for discussion if the answer isn't sensible. The business is run with the efficiency and charm of a government agency. If they had to rely on retail customers I am sure they would be out of business. If i could give zero stars I would."
"Horrible company to work for. If job searching I would not accept an offer here. The turn over rate is high. You you have three types of employee here 1) RF lifers who have been there for 5+ years (even these people are starting to leave) 2) New hires who have been there less than a year but more than 90 days and are most likely actively looking for jobs elsewhere but waiting it out because they have responsibilities (mouths to feed bills to pay 3) Employees within their 90 days deciding on whether or not it’s worth staying - if they don’t have a financial dependency on the job they will be gone before their 90days. They okay favoritism to the RF lifers (and any of their friends). Job descriptions are inaccurate and the communications department - who does the interviewing has no clue what the actual job functions are for the position they are trying to fill. An employee when asked what they think about the job (and after saying it’s fine numerous times) finally said “it’s not what was expected” the employee was told by the communications “specialist” - “if you don’t like your job you should quit as it’s not fair to rockfarm for you to stay in a job you don’t like” Supervisors share inappropriate, inaccurate information about their direct reports to other direct reports on their team which then results in a toxic - harassing work environment. Despite being qualified and proving to be deserving of a promotion employees are “demoted” to make room for friends of management at a compensation their friend would be happy with. They deny unemployment claims knowing they owe only to not show up at the unemployment hearing. This process seems to be implemented only to prolong the “claimants” ability to obtain their owed compensation. I would not suggest working for this company to my worst enemy"
"I have hauled 2 loads for them so far. Been working with Pat. No problem with him. It’s very difficult to get ahold of accounting! I received payment within a timely manner."
