"Horrible experience can't even get an appointment for my CHILD I give the all my insurance information and they tell me " the finance department will get incontact with you tomorrow and they will help you make the appointment ". I call two days later and tell them what happened and all the say is "the finance department must be checking your insurance". I call back another 2 days after that and the same answer is said to me. Just horrible staff I hope they aren't sending the insurance info with a turtle because it's just not acceptable for a doctor's office to have such irresponsible, not well trained and not qualify personnel. It's been almost a month not waiting for a call at all but people shouldn't have to wait that long to take their child to see a doctor."
