"I wish I could give 0 stars. My daughter has been taking this transportation company for about a month a the drivers are consistently late. I had to change her pickup time just to accommodate the lateness. Furthermore, today I had an emergency and called the company to make arrangements for my daughter. The unprofessional rude lady that “answers phones “ refused to let me speak with a supervisor while repeating the same sentence multiple times. I asked for a number to the district and she hung up in my face. When I called back to speak with a supervisor I was left on hold for an obscene amount of time. Mind you I’m trying to get my daughter situated and have to deal with a petty receptionist nuances. We will go back to Safeway. Thank you"
