"DO NOT BOOK WITH VP LOGSITICS, beware these deceitful and unreasonable customers and brokers of theirs! Driver got loaded 10pm with 500 miles and only 8 hours to get to delivery to make it on time. Driver unfortunately got food poisoning and was feeling unwell and he was late. On top of them failing to reschedule an appointment early enough to get one next day, they pushed it to 2 days. ON TOP OF THAT, YOU WILL WASTE 3 DAYS ON THEIR LOAD, PAY A $305 LATE FEE, WHICH IS COMPELTELY INSANE AND END UP DOING THEIR LOAD FOR NOT EVEN A BUCK ON THE MILE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They offered me a load from MA to NY, I accepted the terms and conditions that they require. The shipper took 14 hours to load my truck because it lacked information from VP Logistics. The shipper and I try by all means of communication to establish contact with VP, no one answered the shipper or me. The customer service does not answer calls or emails. Nobody solved the problem or responded to the request. Do not work with this broker. Load: 4154523 App time: 11:00am Time out: 1:05am"

"Integrity Express Logistics told us that appointment was set for 6 am. Checked in 6 am and was told that my appointment was 10 am. Nobody cares if you started your E log. Be aware of either Integrity Express Logistics or VP Logistics."
