"I’m writing this letter on behalf of Dr James Weedon. Dr Weedon has been my son’s Developmental Pediatrician for several years. My son has had so many doctors throughout his life, and Dr Weedon has been the most incredible physician to work with. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Weedon. He has an extensive wait list to see him, and he’s so worth the wait. Everyone I know that has seen him, loves him, and is so grateful for him. Dr Weedon is so incredibly kind and patient. You can tell throughout every interaction with him that he cares about your child. He listens with an open mind and truly processes what you’re saying. I feel he sees each patient as a unique and incredible child. My son adores Dr Weedon and feels cared about and understood. As a parent, I feel my son matters to him and that he’s not just another patient in the doctor’s busy day. Dr Weedon takes extra time without making patients or parents feel guilty about doing so. He has stayed late into the evening to return my call on more than one occasion, and never seems bothered or rushed. I know he is so busy, but he doesn’t make me feel that way and always makes me feel like my concerns, questions, and child are of the most importance. He also makes me feel like my son is amazing and notes all his great qualities, rather than solely focusing on his challenges. It is so unique to find this in a physician and I am so grateful that he sees and treats the whole child. I also very much appreciate Dr Weedon’s expertise. His experience and knowledge-base is extensive and I feel so confident in his medical decision-making. Despite being an expert himself, he has made me feel like I’m the expert on my child and is open to my input, ideas and feedback. I am so grateful to find a physician that is so knowledgeable and kind. Dr Weedon is well-known among the professional community and well-respected. Thank you, Dr Weedon.
