"I strongly feel that doctor banas is an amazing doctor. She addresses all of my concerns right away. The nurses are so amazing and so gentle with both of my daughters. My girls get so scared for shots, but they make it so easy on my end with allowing me to help hold my daughters while any work needs to be done. Dr banas was my pediatrician over 23 years ago and I'm so fortunate to have her and the nurses as my kids primary pediatrician. I would recommend her to anyone with kids."

"Dr.Banas has been my doctor since I can remember. When I was younger I was always excited to go to the doctor because she would always make me comfortable during my appointment. I am so sad that I am now an adult and my days with her have come to an end. But she is truly one of the best people and when choosing I a doctor I hope you choose her because I hope every child has the same experience I did with my doctor."

"This review is not for the doctor she is great and care about her patients. Today I have a very bad experience with one of the nurses she had an attitude with me and was very rude and screaming at me. I was with my daughter and that was disrespectful. Honestly I don’t want to deal with that kind of situation every single time I am going to see my pediatrician. I want to make a complaint about this because it was not fair at all I have enough in my life already and I don’t need this. Horrible experience."

"First of all, the two Latina receptionists are racist, mean, especially with Mexican people (this is not my real name I just felt I have to change it for the review because they can take actions on my daughters file) and unhelpful. They didn’t want to give me an appointment every time my daughters are sick they pushed my appointment 3 days after, Every time I ask to speak to the doctor they say no. No explanation or anything just no. They are always rude and just flat out make me feel bad for needing help. The only reason I stay here is because Doctor Ana is the best doctor I know. She is kind, fast, and always accurate. I just wish her staff were kinder. I call Friday asking for my daughters see dr. Anna. my daughter started with fever and they don’t give me the appointment until Monday afternoon, my daughter stayed 4 days jn pain and fever because they hate clients Mexicans like me. And now my daughter needs a nebulizer when this could have been avoided."

"I absolutely adore Dr. Banas! I am now on my 3rd child (all of which have seen her), and I could not imagine trusting anyone else with their care. She is the type of doctor that you just know is doing her job because she genuinely has a deep love for children. My 2 oldest fight if only one needs to go to the doctor because they both want to see her so bad :) LOVE HER!!!!!"
