Metropolitan Cab

"I was hit by a Metropolitan Cab 5 years ago. It nearly killed me, and the accident resulted in lifelong disability. I hate this company with a passion and look forward to their complete demise. No apology. No outreach. Nothing. They made a choice to hire a cab driver with an extensive accident history. That decision nearly cost me my life. Shame on Zerebrook Gebru and the entire organization."

"The pickup driver ripped us off my girlfriend needed to get home with 8 bags,the driver charged me $50 dollars and when I called the cab company the lady on the phone told me the cost of the ride cost $17.50.Then she hung on me.I dont recommend the metropolitan cab company to anyone. I will be filling with the B.B.B. on Monday and call 5 on your side to see if they will help me."

"I filled out their web form twice to schedule a cab for4:30 AM on Monday. I must be on time so they must be on time to pick me up. Since they could not bother to contact me back I don't trust them to show up on time. Not contacting back a potential customer that goes to the trouble to fill out the companies on line form seems extremely lazy and a bad way to do business."

"Apparently drivers with this company aren’t too concerned with road safety. Driver with plate TX-342 was driving through Barrington Downs subdivision at around 7:35-7:40 this morning. This driver had a cab full of individuals however was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and tailgating every car they encountered. The driver also took the center turn lane of Shackleford to speed around everyone in the left lane before jumping back over and cutting someone off. They continued to speed through the school zone in front as well. This driver has no regard for other people on the road or their passengers. They certainly are not representing this company very well. If ever there is a need for me to call a cab, it will not be this company."
