"I genuinely like Dr Muneer, and this isn't a bad review because of her care. There is a lengthy wait to see her, and I booked well visit appointments for my children 2 months in advance. The office called and canceled those visits the day before. And wouldn't let me rebook for 2 more months. Not because of an emergency, but because they have a new schedule for well visits. They charge $40 if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. But canceled my children's visits with no notice, and no explanation other than they were "improving their scheduling systems". I escalated, and they refused to make me an appointment that wasn't sooner than 50 days away."
