"John and his team provided me and my beloved baby a very stress free visit. They were on top of getting his medical records before I even called due to a tip off from my amazing vet. I was shocked he knew who I was the moment I gave my name. You don't get that sort of service anywhere anymore. When we arrived the facility was immaculate. Clean, safe, very calm and quiet to ensure the environment for my cat coming in for an ultrasound was as comfortable as can be. There were two techs who assisted and both ladies provided great service. You can definitely feel the love from this facility and the amount of care they have for your pet the moment you enter the door. I highly recommend 4 Paws Imaging, they treat you as if you are family and are 100% transparent about everything. Thank you to all involved in caring for my D.O.G. and even bigger thank you to the female tech ( Katelynn I believe is your name) who performed the ultrasound. I'm sorry I didn't write down both ladies names who helped us, there has been so much going on but you helped me figure out issues with my baby and I am forever grateful for all you've done. "I highly recommend 4 Paws for any imaging you need for your pet. They were able to get both my cats in extremely quickly when we were dealing with urgent medical issues. I originally had an appointment scheduled for just one of my cats to get an abdominal ultrasound. Unfortunately, that same day my other cat got very ill and they were able to get her in for an echocardiogram right away, with no advance notice. The staff members were very friendly and I was able to stay in the room with my cats while they were doing the imaging.They were able to confirm the diagnoses for my cats, and we were able to get one straight into surgery that same day. I’m very appreciative of the services they offer. In addition, the space was beautiful and clean."

"We will be forever grateful for 4 Paws Imaging! The day before Thanksgiving we suspected our dog Sunny ingested part of a toy. Our veterinarian didn't have an ultrasound machine and reached out to 4 Paws, who was about 30 mins away, to see if there was availability, and 4 Paws stayed open for us! This was late afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving! The process was comfortable for Sunny AND for me, I was a nervous wreck! 4 Paws was so compassionate towards us. 4 Paws confirmed Sunny did ingest 2 pieces of toy, and because we were able to catch it quickly Sunny was able to have the pieces scoped out instead of opening up her abdomen. I truly believe 4 Paws is the reason we were able to use a scope. They transfered Sunny's diagnosis and images to the Emergency Veterinarian and saved us precious time, and Sunny was in surgery within an hour of arrival.
