"We are about 5 years into care. The answer seems to always be pharmaceuticals or surgical. There's no way to push the discussion further in partnership of your child's health. Some examples. Enlarged adenoids on my child. Received continuous pressure to surgically remove. Tried $30 homeopathic drops WITH SUCCESS. It CURED her sleep apnea AND snoring. The problem (to me) is when you tell the doctor you had success, and they aren't able to put their ego aside and be happy that the patients goal of improving was reached (no matter the methods). The energy and mild disdain in her quick response was disheartening from a provider I am supposed to be partnering with for my children's health. Earlier she had gotten an ear infection, which i appreciated her tools to be able to bring to my attention as my child isnt one to complain about it. I thought it was just an eye infection that I couldn't heal (it was from eye to ear to nose). Anyway, was told antibiotics were absolutely necessary for her. I decided to use garlic mullein oil and a warm salt sock anyway (my own knowledge, not an option taught to me by her). Within 3 days the eyes were clear and the ears finished clearing in 9. No antibiotic side effects of destroying the entire body microbiome. Other child got her ears pierced and was having chronic infection and likely a reaction to the metal (surgical grade titanium). Went to her to see best way to get her through to the other side. Her recommendation was to remove the earrings. She said infection was too great to change them to gold. Prescribed a systemic antibiotic but didn't really advise it. We decided to take it into our own hands (like we feel we always have to do anyway) and added to the twice a day saline soaks. Started with a hydrogen peroxide spray, rinsed with water, then soaked, then gently gauze wiped, and finished with oils that help heal. This reduced the infection enough for us to make the switch to gold and now both the infections and bumps are healing up nicely. I feel like she's tired of me and my perspective on health. The vibe I get after so long. It's just no use for me to try to bring the kids in because I always go home feeling like the answer isn't the best course of treatment. I try to work it out WITH her, which is why I'm there, but that's my goal and not hers. I need someone who's willing to investigate and game plan the best way for my family. It just doesn't align and I don't feel like finding the *just right* solution *for us* is the goal for both parties. I'm not saying she's not right for everyone, just not for someone who understands that more than pharmaceuticals and surgeries heal. I blame the medical education system that trains medical providers to think anything else is just hullabaloo."

"I've been with Dr. Belicena and her staff for over 14 years. Dr. B has treated all of my kids. They were at the practice before the other doctor retired and she took over seeing them. Dr. B has treated my youngest since she was born. Her and the staff have never treated me or my kids any differently. The Nurses have always been amazing!!"

"We have been going to Dr. Belicena for a few years and we really like her! She takes her time and explains things and my daughter is at ease with her. The only complaint we would have is with billing; we seem to have to do a lot of backtracking because of coding issues."

"Wonderful doctor horrible staff .. I loved this doctor , she was nice and helpful but her staff ruined it for us. Her nurse was rude, and nasty to us espically to my fiancée . She was even rough with my 14 months old son at the time while giving his vaccine. We called to reschedule and she told us to find someone else!!! We will not be returning and She is going to ruin this nice doctor reputation . Do not go here if you want to be disrespected by a nurse ."
